Personalization: Personalization is free and optional. Add names, dates, initials, a short quote or message; handwriting, signatures, simple symbols and images can also be considered where the engraving area allows. You may choose a font or leave the choice to Kozystreet. Engraving is not colour-filled, and a free proof is available on request before production begins.
Shipping, returns & warranty: Personalization normally takes 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 days in transit. Worldwide shipping and tracking are free, and Kozystreet takes care of applicable import duties/tariffs. Personalized items are not returnable for change of mind; non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please report a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or an engraving error, within 48 hours with photos/video. Watches include a 1-year warranty; normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and water damage beyond the stated rating are excluded.
