These terms apply when you use Kozystreet.com or place an order with Kozystreet, operated by Anjaneya Solutions.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and the order is confirmed for fulfilment. We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product becomes unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or an obvious pricing/technical error has occurred.
Please check your details carefully
You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, punctuation and other personalization details before checkout. Where you request an engraving proof, please review it carefully. Production may begin once the order or requested proof is approved.
Natural materials
Product images are intended to represent the item accurately, but screens can display colours differently. Wood is a natural material, so grain, shade and texture vary from piece to piece. Small natural differences are part of the product character rather than defects.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment options may vary by country, currency, device or payment-provider eligibility.
Shipping and delivery
Preparation and transit estimates are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier, customs, weather and destination conditions can affect transit. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns, cancellations and warranty
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy forms part of these terms. Personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind once produced. Watches include a 1-year warranty against qualifying manufacturing faults, subject to the exclusions described in that policy.
Production and service partners
Kozystreet may work with trusted production, personalization, technology and logistics partners to manufacture, engrave, process or deliver an order. Kozystreet remains your customer-service contact for the order.
Our content and your supplied artwork
The Kozystreet name, website design, original text, graphics and other Kozystreet-owned materials may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission. When you submit text, handwriting, photographs or artwork for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use that material for the requested order.
Applicable legal rights remain
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kozystreet is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delays or misuse of a product. Our responsibility for a product claim will be limited to the remedies required by applicable law and the policies stated on this website.
India
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in New Delhi, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
