Because many Kozystreet items are made especially for you, eligibility depends on whether the item has been personalized.
Made to your instructions
Personalized or customized products are not returnable for change of mind. This includes items engraved with names, dates, messages, handwriting, signatures, photographs or other buyer-supplied personalization.
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the engraving does not match the approved/order instructions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.
30-day eligible returns
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Before production
A personalized order can be cancelled only if personalization or production has not started. A non-personalized order can generally be cancelled before dispatch.
Original payment method
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Variation is expected
Natural grain, texture and colour can vary slightly from photographs. These natural differences are not considered manufacturing defects.
1-year watch warranty
Watches include a 1-year warranty against qualifying manufacturing faults. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and water damage beyond the stated rating are excluded.
Contact us before returning anything
Email support@kozystreet.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and any relevant photos or video. Do not send a return until Kozystreet has confirmed the return instructions.
